The Somali Regional
State Health Bureau invites sealed bids form eligible bidders
for Construction of three Health Centers under three packages in
different Woredas of Somali Regional State listed below.
2. National
Constructors of category GC/BC 5 and above are eligible to bid.
Bidders are required to provide a valid trade license from the
appropriate government body and proof of registration from the
Ministry of Infrastructure, for the current fiscal year.

3. Bidding
document (and additional copies) may be purchased by Somali
National Regional State Health Bureau Room No. 15 Tel. (025) 775
28 44 for a non-refundable fee of 300 Birr for each package in
freely convertible currency, on working hours except Friday and
Sunday.
4. Bid
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be
accompanied by security of not less than 1% of the bid amount or its
equivalent in CPO or Bank guarantee and shall be delivered to
Health Bureau of Somali National Regional State on or before,
May 16, 2006, 10:00 A.M.
5. Bids
will be opened on May 16, 2006 in the presence of those bidders or
their represeatnvies who choose to attend on the same date and place
at 10:30 A.M.
