Global Hotel Plc invites interested and eligible bidders to bid or
the supply of Room Linen Silverware and Other Hotel equipment.
1. Local
bidders or agents are required to submit copies of renewed valid
trade license, certificate from Ministry of Finance specifying that
they have registered in suppliers list, VAT registration certificate
from Inland Revenue Authority.
2. Bidders
can obtain bid documents from Global Hotel 1st floor,
fiancé office, during working hours, against payment of
non-refundable Birr 25 (Twenty Five.)
3. Bidders
are required to submit samples, one from each item.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of cash or certified cheque (CPO).
5.
Bidders should submit
their offer in wax-sealed envelope and drop the envelope in the box
arranged for this purpose, located in front of the administration
office, on or before 3:00 P.M. in the afternoon on May 10, 2006.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representative on
May 11, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at Menelik Hall of Global Hotel.
7. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from administration
department Tel. 466 47 66 Ext. 101.
8. The
Hotel reserves the right to cancel the bid fully or partially.
