To: All contractors of Category GC/BC class 6 (Six) and above with
license valid for the year.
1. The
SNNPRG Education Bureau invites all eligible Contractors Category of
GC/BC class 6 (Six) financially and technically capable to furnish
the necessary material labour and equipment to undertaken
Construction work of Arba Minch boarding school, female dormitory,
laboratory and class rooms blocks, at Arba Minch.
2. The
complete set of bidding documents can be purchased from the Bureau
office No. 62, starting from the announcement date upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Ethiopian Birr 500. Additional sets of
documents may be purchased at the same price.

Bid should be
submitted with One Original and Two copies of the original.
Bid document with all entries to be wax-sealed under separate
envelopes. Bid documents must be delivered to the SNNPRG Education
Bureau at Awassa and must be dropped in to tender box prepared for
this purpose on 21st workday of the bid announcement
before 12:00 A.M.

All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security, in the form of certified check
(C.P.O) or Bank guarantee from a reputable bank of the bidders
choice located in Ethiopia for an amount of 1% of the total bid
cost.
5.
Bids will be opened on
the 21st workday of the announcement at 2:00 P.M. in the
presence of bidders or their legal representatives who want to
attend the opening ceremony at S.N.N.P.R.G Education Bureau Office
No. 22.
6. Bidders
are requested to fill sign and seal all the forms of the bid
documents. Failure of this instruction is automatic rejection.
7. The
bidders must be VAT registered and have certificate.
8.
All bids must be
include Value Added Tax (VAT) on the summary of price.
9.
The employer reserves
the right to reject any or all bids.
