Ababa City Roads Authority now invites sealed bids from eligible
bides (Ethiopian or Foreigner) for the purchase of Spare parts for:-

2.

3. A
complete set of bidding document can be purchased by any interested
bidders from the date of first announcement upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.00 (Fifty Birr).
4. Bidders
should submit currently renewed license, VAT certified and supplies
registration certificate form the Ministry of Finance.
5.
All bids must be
accompanied by bid security not less than 1% of the total bid mount.
The bid bond must be in one of he following forms, Cash or Certified
Cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized domestic bank or Bond issued
and/or confirmed through a recognized domestic Bank.
6. The
Bank that issued the bond as per 5 here above shall unequivocally
guarantee to pay the purchase immediately upon the first written
demand of payment. The purchaser’s written demand of payment shall
not be subject to any condition whatsoever.
7. The
bond-issuing bank shall clearly incorporate the contact stated under
item 5 here in above on the issued bond.
8. The
bid bond shall be separately enclosed and submitted to our Finance
Division against receipt.
9. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope to AACRA’s Head
Office on May 08, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. Bid will be opened in the
presence of interested bidders or their representatives on the same
date and time at AACRA’s Head Office.
Addis Ababa City Road Authority reserves the right to reject any or
all bids.
