1. The
Ethiopian Airport Enterprise (EAE) invites eligible electrical
contractors with renewed license for the current budget year, VAT
registration evidence and registration certificate from Ministry of
Finance and Economic Development for which they are registered on
the suppliers list to submit their technical and financial proposals
to Supply, Installation and Commissioning works for Power Source
Interfacing at the Addis Ababa Bole International Airport.
2. A
complete set of the RFP can be purchased by interested bidders from
Ethiopian Airports enterprise (Bole Airport Terminal), Room No. 11
upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Two Hundred Birr).
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 50,000 (Fifty
Thousand Birr) in the form of C.P.O. sealed in a separate envelope.
4. Wax-sealed
envelopes containing an original and a copy of Offer and
qualification documents shall be delivered to EAE Purchasing and
Logistic Administration Department on or before May 25, 2006, up to
10:00 A.M. and will be opened on the same date and time. Late bids
will be rejected.
