Ethiopian Customs Authority has allocated budged and intends
to apply part of the proceedings of these budget towards the cost of
Design, Supervision and Contract Administration for Addis Ababa
Lagar Customs Office.
Ethiopian Customs Authority now invites suitably qualified bidders
to submit sealed expressions of interest for Design, Supervision and
Contract Administration of Addis Ababa Lagar Customs Office.
All Consulting Architects and Engineers are required to be class 1.
Expressions of interest will be evaluated in accordance with the
Public Procurement Proclamation of the Government of the Federal
Democratic Republic of Ethiop. Participation is open to all eligible
bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may submit expressions to Ethiopian
Customs Authority, including:
Trade license and Consultancy Service certificate valid for 1998
Ethiopian Calendar.
Ministry of Finance and Economic Development’s registration.
VAT registration (as appropriate) to conduct consultancy service.
A
complete set of bidding document may be purchased by interested
bidders at the Address below upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 350 (Three Hundred Fifty Birr).

Expression of interest must be delivered to the address below on or
before:
Ginbot 15, 1998 E.C. until 12:30
hrs.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Ethiopian Birr
5,000. Late submission shall be rejected.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders/representatives
on Ginbot 15, 1998 E.C, at 14:30 hrs.
