Bedele Brewery S.C. invites
all interested & eligible bidders for Designing, Development and
implementing an Integrated Management Information System (MIS)
1. Interested
bidders can contain the bid documents as of the date of publication
on The Ethiopian Herald, upon payment of non-refundable Birr 150
from the Branch Office Addis Ababa.
2. Tender
must be accompanied with a bank security (CPO) amounting Birr 25,000
(Twenty Five Thousand Birr only).
3. Technical
and Financial proposals shall be submitted in two copies each
wax-sealed in separate envelope to:

4. All
prospective bidders should be up-to-date in their tax obligation and
are demanded to have renewed license, VAT & TIN Certificate and
supplier’s registration certificate.
5. Due
Date for the submission of the bid document in May 24, 2006 on or
before 4:00 P.M. local time.
6. Opening
date (Technical Proposal only) will be on May 30, 2006 at 10:30 P.M.
at Bedele Head Office. The Financial proposal shall be opened after
the technical evaluation is completed.
7.
The Factory has the right to
accept or reject any or all bids.
