Detailed tender documents can be obtained from Supply Department
upon non-refundable payment of Birr 50 during office hours. Agents
should produce letter of authorization from principals, renewed
license for the year 1998 & E.C. and registration certificate from
Federal of Finance. A copy of the renewed license & Registration
certificate should be presented upon purchase of tender document.
One local agent should represent only one principal. Offers
submitted by a local agent representing more than one principal will
be automatically rejected. Bidders are recommended strictly to
adhere the terms and conditions set in the tender documents.
Bids
should be deposited in the safe box located at NTE archive office in
sealed envelope on or before May 25, 2006 up to 10:00 A.M. and will
be opened at the same date at 10:30 A.M. (local time) in the
presence of bidders or their representatives.
NTE reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
