Wabe
Shebelle Hotel Enterprise (WSHE) intends to engage the services of
competent firms or individuals to undertake the following two
studies:

Business Process
Re-engineering (BPR)
-
Integrated
Performance Management System (IPMS)
1. The
tender document can be obtained upon payment of non-refundable fee
of Birr 50 (Fifty) from purchase service office.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 10,000.
3. Bidders
should submit their, technical and financial proposal in accordance
with the instruction to bidders, specified in the tender document.
4. Sealed
proposal should be submitted to Wabe Shebelle Hotel Enterprise,
Purchase Service Office before 10:00 A.M. local time on May
11, 2006.
5. The
bid will be closed on May 11, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time and will
be opened (the technical offer only) on the same date at 10:30 A.M.
local time in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives
in Wabe Shebelle Hotel Red Salon.
6. Wabe
Shebelle Hotel Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all
or part of the bid.
