For the third time
Rural Water Supply and Environmental Programme in Amhara Region
(RWSEP) wants to get its Community Development Fund (CDF)
Performance & Financial Activities for the Ethiopian fiscal year
1996 and 1997 evaluated by consultants in a local competitive bid.
Therefore all consulting having valid license can take part in this
bid presenting the following credentials:
Professional license from the Appropriate Office
Recently renewed trade license
A
certificate showing discharge of tax liabilities
Work profile (evidences of past performances)
A
certificate for tax payer’s identification number (TIN)
Bidders shall carry out the evaluation in the following five
woredas: Guangua (Chagni), Yilmana-Densa (Adet), Dega-Damot (Feres-Bet),
Estie (Mekane-Eyesus) & Farta (Debre-Tabor Towns).
The bid document is obtainable at RWSEP’s office in Bahir Dar or
from RWSEP representative in Addis Ababa for a non-refundable fee of
Birr 50.
Bidders shall submit their bidding document to RWSEP at its office
in Bahir Dar within 20 calendar days from the first day this
invitation notice is issued on The Ethiopian Herald newspaper, at
the last day of which the bid box will be closed at 10:00 A.M. local
time. The bid will be opened at 3:00 P.M. local time on the next
working day in the Office of RWSEP in the presence of bidders or
their legitimate representatives.

RWSEP reserves the right to wholly partially annul the bid in case
of a better option.
