The Woleita
Zone Administration desired to sell the 827.14-hectare eucalyptus
forest at Fundune and 158.2-hectare at Hlena Korke on bid.
Accordingly,
1. Bidders
can acquire the bid form from the administration bureau office no.
5, paying non refundable Birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
2. Bidders
should present the originals of appropriate trade license and
evidence of payment for the fiscal year tax on the day that the bid
is opened.
3. In
addition with their bidding documents bidders should submit bid
guarantee, which will be calculated as 5% (Five percent) of the bid
amount they submitted in cash or bank certified cheque.
4. Bidders
should fill their bidding amount on the bid form they acquired, and
submit it in sealed envelope in the box prepared for this purpose at
office no. 5 at working hours starting from the date the bid is
announced.
5. The
bid will be opened at the Zone’s Main Administration Office on the
morning of 21st day since this announcement is made
public, at 10:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives and observers.
6. No
bidder is allowed to submit his bidding amount based on the amount
submitted by other bidder.
7. The
office reserves the write to cancel the bid completely or partially
if others options are available.
