Ethiopian
Telecommunication Corporation (ETC) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidder for the Procurement of the following materials.

1. The
Tender remains floating from May 2, 2006 to May 22, 2006. Interested
& Qualified bidders may obtain the bidding documents from ETC Head
Office during office hours at Room No. 206 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 20 starting from May 2, 2006.
2. Bidders
should bring Original & one copy of their renewed license & VAT
Registration Certificate upon purchasing the bid documents.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid a bid amount of Birr 12,000
(Twelve Thousand Birr) for Tender No. Tl/108/05 and Birr 3,000
(Three Thousand Birr) for Tender No. Tl/11/06.
4. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized Bank of
c)
Bond issued by a
recognized Bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our Finance Office before bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at ETC’s Head Office Room # 112 May 22, 2006 until
5:30 P.M. and bids will be opened in the presence of interested
bidders or their representatives at ETC’s Head Office Conference
Room No. 111 according to the following schedule.

7. The
Corporation reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
