1. Mekelle
City Plan Preparation Project invites eligible bidder for the Local
Development Plan Preparation of Indayesus area.
Eligible Criteria:
All interested bidders must:

Engineers Consultants of Grade V & above.

Tax paid up trade license.

3.
The RFP may be
purchased by an interested eligible bidder upon submission of a
written application to the above address and a payment of a
non-refundable fee of 300 Birr for each document.
4.
All bids must be
accompany by a bid security not less than 2% of the bid amount. The
bid security shall be payable on demand to the employers, and
must be submitted from any legally registered bank in the form of
Certified Payment Order (C.P.O.). Bid Validity required is 90
calendar days.
5. Wax-sealed
bid Proposal (Technical Proposals “Copy” & “Original”
and Financial Proposals “Copy” & “Original” separately
sealed) labeled properly shall be delivered to the item and date
specified below.
6. The
bid along with the bid security must be delivered to Mekelle City
Plan Preparation Project Office on or before the 21st
date (at 10:00 A.M.) after this invitation announcement in The
Ethiopian Herald Newspaper.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or bidders’
representatives who choose to attend at the Project Office on the
same date at 2:00 P.M.
8. Financial
Proposals will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at the Project Office. The date will be
announced on the opening of technical proposals.
9. Bidders
are required to submit separate financial and technical proposals
for each of LDP areas.
10. Mekelle
City Plan Preparation Project Office reserves the right to reject
any or all bids, to waive informalities, to advertise for new bids
or to proceed and do the service otherwise as may be for its best
interest. |
