National Tobacco Enterprise (Eth) S. Co. invites eligible bidders
for supply of fumigation sheet (Tarpaulin) under the following
conditions.
1. Bidders
should produce original and copies of registration certificate and
trade license renewed for the year 1998 E.C. VAT registration
corticated & a certificate for participation in bids.
2. Bidders
should collect the tender document from the Company’s Local Purchase
Division upon payment of non-refundable Birr 20 (Twenty).
3. Bids
shall be accompanied with a bid bond amounting to 1% of the bid
price in the form of C.P.O. or bank guarantee valid for 90 days.
4. The
technical proposals and financial proposals (original & copies)
should be submitted in two separately sealed envelops marked
“Technical Proposal” and “Financial proposal”, respectively. All
documents should be signed and sealed.
5. Bid
should be submitted to the Company’s archive not later than April
28, 2006, 2:30 P.M.
6. The
technical proposals shall be opened on the same date at 2:45 P.M. &
the financial proposals shall be opened after the result of the
technical proposals shall be known.
7. NTE
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
