1. The
Amhara Rural Road Authority invites all eligible bidders to submit
bid offer for the construction supervision of 3-Bridges, namely
Guangi, Chercher, and Gelego River Bridges to be constructed
along Shehedi-Gelego road located in North Gondar Administration
Zone, Metema Woreda of the Regional Government.
2. Interested
bidder with valid license for the current Ethiopian budget year can
obtain a complete set of bidding document from the Authority’s
Contract Administration Division, Bahir Dar, upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 50.
3. Bidders
are required to present certificate of Value Added Tax (VAT)
registration and also Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).
4. Duplicate
copies of bid offer with separate Technical Qualification documents
and Financial proposal document in wax-sealed envelopes, labeled as
Original and Copy shall be placed in the bid box along with a bid
security in an acceptable form amounting not less than 1% of bid
offer on or before April 27, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. at the Amhara
National Regional State Rural Roads Authority, Bahir Dar.
5. Bids
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of ANRS
RRA.
6. The
Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
