Second Invitation
The Commission of Technical and Vocational Education and Training of
Tigray invites all interested eligible bidders interested to supply
educational materials to Aby-adi skill development center. These
are:
(a)
General mechanics hand tools and machineries
(b)
Building construction hand tools and machineries
Therefore:
1. Bidders
are required to present trade license valid for 1998 E.C. and VAT
Registration Certificate.
2. Bidders
can collect complete bid document from Tigray Education Bureau
starting from the date of advertisement against payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from Room No. Two.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond for Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand
Birr) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located
in front of Room Number One in Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle, up
to 31 days 3:00 P.M. starting from the date of advertisement.
5. Bids
will be opened on the 31st day from the date of
advertisement at 3:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal
represeatnvies at Room No. 39 on Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle.
6. Tigray
Commission of Technical and Vocational Education reserves the right
to accept or reject any or all bids.
