For the Second time
1. Tigray
Water Resource Mines & Energy Bureau invites legal and eligible
bidders for the supply of Different scientific materials.
2. Bidders
should present renewed business license & VAT registration
certificate valid for the year 2005.
3. Bidders
should obtain bid documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) to the Bureau Office No. 05.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of C.P.O. or bank
guarantee Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand Birr) and must be delivered to
the Bureau Office Number 05 on or before the closing date.
5. The
bid will be closed and opened on the 28th date from the
date of announcement at 3:00 P.M. and 4:00 P.M. respectively.
However, if the 28th date is holiday the next working day
will be closing & opening at the specific time.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their represeatnvies
who choose to attend on the specified date and time at the Bureau.

The Bureau reserves
the right to reject any or all the bids.
