1. The
Construction Design S.Co. (CDSC) /hereinafter referred as the
“Purchaser” /intends to procure Window mounted exhaust fan as
specified in the bidding documents.
2. A
complete set of biding documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder from the Construction Design S. Co., P.O. Box
40036, Tel. 42 06 07/42 08 00, Fax 40 06 21/42 01 53, Addis Ababa,
Supplies Division and upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30
(Thirty only).
3. Bidders
may obtain additional information and acquire the bidding documents
at the above office.
4. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the bid amount
in the form of CPO or Bank guarantee and must be submitted on or
before May 11, 2006, 3:00 P.M. (local time) at the address below.
5. Bid
will be opened and read in the presence of bidders or their
authorized representatives on the same date on 3:30 (Local
time) at the Construction Design Share Company, 3rd
Floor Room No. 128.
6. Bidders
are required to read and confirm with all the necessary details as
specified in the Instruction to bidders’ attached here with.
7. The
Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. |
