1. Tigray
Food Security Coordination Office has intended to purchase
different office equipment for food security Woreda & regional
offices and now invites sealed bids from eligible bidder for the
supply of office equipment.
2. The
bidders should be VAT registered and have a license renewed and
valid for the year 1998 E.C. and should also present evidence of
registration as a supplier.
3. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
bidding documents at the office of Tigray Food Security
Coordination, Kebele 11, Dawit Building, Second Floor at Procurement
& General Service Section, Tel. 034 441 01 71, Mekelle, Ethiopia.
4. A
complete set of biding document can be purchased by interested
bidders from the same address specified above starting from April
07, 2006 upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 30.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr 30,000 in the
form of CPO. Securities submitted in another form may be a reason
for rejection. The bid validity is Sixty (60) days right after the
bid opening.
6. Sealed
bid documents, One Original and One Copy, should be delivered in the
Tender Box found at the premised of the Tigray Food Security
Coordination Office Room No. 205 Mekelle or to P.O. Box 1811,
Mekelle on or before April 27, 2006, 11:30 A.M.
7. Bids
will be closed on April 27, 2006, 11:30 A.M. and opened on the same
date at 2:30 P.M. in the presence of those bidders who choose to
attend at the Tigray Food Security Coordinating Office, Finance and
Administration Department Office Room No. 005.
8. Successful
bidders should deliver the goods within 35 days after the signing of
agreement to the Tigray Food Security Coordination Office.
9. Tigray
Food Security Coordination Office reserves the right to reject any
or all bids. |
