For all House and Office Furniture Producers and Suppliers, with
license valid for the year 1998 Eth. Cal.
1. The
Tigray Region Health Bureau has received a grant from Ireland
Government for Health Sector Development Program. It is intended
that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible
payments under the contract for furniture.
2. The
Health Bureau of Tigray now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the supplies of furniture
Lot 1 for 6 Health Institutions at
North Western Zone and Western
Zone
Lot 2 for 6 Health Institutions at Central Zone
Lot 3 for 9 Health Institutions at Southern Zone and Eastern Zone
3.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the biding
document at the Office of Health Bureau of Tigray, Room No. 11 & 34
P.O. Box 7, Woreda Semen, Kebele 03, Tel. 40 74 89/40 02 22, City
Mekelle, Ethiopia.
4.
A complete set of
bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written application starting from 7/04/2006 up to
4/05/2006 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 250 (Two
Hundred Fifty) for each lot.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in the form of CPO, of
1% of the bid amount. Bid validity required is Ninety days.
6. Wax-sealed
bid documents (1 Original & 2 Copies) shall be delivered to
Office of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Mekelle Room Number 11 on or
before 12:00 hours on 25/05/2006.
7. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or represeatnvies
who choose to attend on the same date at 14:30 hours in the
Office of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Room Number 11, Woreda Semen,
Kebele 03, City Mekelle, Ethiopia.
8. Winners
should deliver and assemble for furniture at each Woreda, Town
within 30 Calendar days after agreement is signed.
9. Suppliers
must be registered for VAT.
10. Tigray
Regional Health Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all bids.
