To
all contactors of category GC/BC class 10 and above with
renewed-license valid for the year 1998 E.C. and Summary
Registration in the Tigray Region of Industry, Trade and Transport.
1.
The Tigray Region
Health Bureau has received a grant from Global Fund for the
Renovation work of class room at Mekelle Nursing School and now
invites wax-sealed bids from eligible bidders for providing the
necessary labour, material and equipment for the construction and
completion of the above project in Tigray Regional State.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the
biding document at the Office of Health Bureau of Tigray, Room No.
13 & 11 P.O. Box 7, Woreda Semen, Kebele 03, Tel40 02 22, City
Mekelle, Ethiopia.
3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested
bidders on the submission of a written application starting from
7/04/2006 up to 4/05/2006 upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr).
4.
All bids must be
accompanied by a bid security, in CPO, of 1% of the bid amount. Bid
validity required is Ninety days.
5. Wax-sealed
bid documents (1 Original & 2 Copies) shall be delivered to Office
of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Mekelle Room Number 11 on or before
12:00 hours on 25/05/2006.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of those bidders or represeatnvies
who choose to attend on the same date at 15:00 hours in the
Office of Tigray Region Health Bureau, Room Number 13, Woreda Semen,
Kebele 03, City Mekelle, Ethiopia.
7.
All contradicters must
have Value Added Tax (VAT) registration criteria.
8. The
construction of the project shall be completed within a maximum of
20 Calendar Days from the commencement of the work.
9. Bidders
are requested to fill all the necessary details in the schedules.
10.
Tigray Regional Health
Bureau reserves the right to accept reject any or all bids..
