Wabe Shebelle Hotels Enterprise intends to replace the existing
manual accounting system, marketing & operational matters system and
human resource working system by computerizes software. The
Enterprise, therefore, hereby invites all eligible and experience
consulting firms who can perform the above tasks.
1. The
Tender document can be obtained upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Birr 50 (Fifty) from purchase service office.
2. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security 2% of the total bid amount I
the form of cash or CPO issued by a recognized bank.
3. Bidders
should present their currently renewed trade license & registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance & Economic Development and VAT
registration certificate as appropriate.
4. Bidders
should submit their, technical and financial proposal in accordance
with the instruction to bidders, specified in the tender document.
5. Sealed
proposal should be submitted to Wabe Shebelle Hotel Enterprise.
Purchase service office before 10:00 A.M. local time on April 24,
2006.
6. The
bid will be closed on April 24, 2006 at 10:00 A.M. local time and
will be opened (the technical offer only) on the same date at 10:30
A.M. local time in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives in Wabe Shebelle Hotels Red Salon.
7. Wabe
Shebelle Hotel Enterprise reserves the right to accept or reject all
or part of the bid.
