The Amhara National Regional State Water Resources Development
Bureau hereby invites sealed bid from selected eligible drilling
contractors on short list bases for the drilling of water well in
the sites listed here under.

Interested eligible bidders could purchase the bidding documents
upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Birr Two Hundred).
Bidders should present currently renewed trade & Professional
license, Inland Revenue for the year 1998 E.C., VAT Registration
Certificate and License from Ministry of Water Resources for water
works construction.
A
bidder could participate for only one single lot.
All bids must be accompanied by bid bond of not less than 1% of the
total bid price in the form of CPO.
Technical & Financial proposals shall be sealed separately and
delivered to Water Resourced Development Bureau at Bahir Dar.
Bid closing date shall be on the 21st working day counted
from the first bid advertisement appeared on the newspaper.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
represeatnvies who choose to attend at the Conference Room of WRDB
at 3:00 P.M. on the date of bid closing as specified above.
