The ANRS Education Bureau now invites sealed bids from eligible
bidders for the furnishing of the necessary labor, materials &
equipment for the construction and completion of Quara Secondary
School for the construction and completion of Quara Secondary
School.
1.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from and inspect the bid documents at the address below.
2. A
complete set of bid documents may be purchased by any interested
eligible bidder upon the submission of written application to the
above mentioned office starting from August 1, 2006 and upon
payment of non-refundable fee of Eth. Birr 480 (Four Hundred Eighty
Birr) for each set. Additional sets of documents may be purchased
each at the same price at the same address:
3. The
construction of works shall be completed within a maximum of 380
calendar days from the commencement of works.
4. All
bids must be submitted based on the free market price and current
basic materials price must be submitted attached with the bid
document.
5. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security, in an acceptable form 1%
of the bid amount and must be delivered to ANRS Education Bureau on
or before at 2:00 P.M. on August 22, 2006.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend in the same date and place at 2:30 P.M.
7. Rejection
criteria: The client will reject the bidder whose bid does not
fulfill the following conditions.

Bidders should
present currently renewed trade license & renewed Registration
Certificate.

Bidders should
complete the bid form and the appropriate price schedule.

The Original &
Copy of the bid shall be signed and sealed in all pages by the
bidder.

Bidders should
submit one original & one copy envelopes of the bid.
8. Bidders
must present certificate of VAT Registration.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
