The WATER WORKS CONSTRUCTION ENTERPRISE invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the supply of:
LOT I. Industrial Explosive
LOT II. Fuel truck 4x2WD, fuel
truck 6x4WD & Track tractor 6x4WD with 3 axel low bed.
1.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information
from and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Procurement
Service of WWCE Headquarter located at Gurd Shola or near Ararat
Hotel, during the normal working hours.
2.
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by
interested bidders or their local representatives upon presentation
of copies of renewed trade license, VAT & tax payers registration
certificate, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee:
For Lot I Birr 50 including VAT
For Lot II Birr 100 including VAT
3. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than 2% of
the bid amount in the form of bank guarantee, C.P.O. or certified
check.
4. Bids
must be delivered in person to WWCE In wax-sealed envelope with a
statement “NOT TO BE OPENED BEFORE September 7, 2006” marked
on the envelope.
Bids will be closed on September 14,
2006 at 5:00 P.M. local time.
Bids will be opened at 9:30 A.M.
local time on September 15, 2006 at Conference Hall of WWCE.
5. The
WWCE reserves the right to reject partial or all bids.
