The Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectorial Associations
(AACCSA) invite perspective consulting firms to participate in the
bid to undertake “Mapping of Potential Donors for Support to
Private sector Development in Ethiopia” as per the AACCSA
Instruction to bidders and conditions specified below.
1. Interested
bidders should submit currently renewed trade license and other
required documentation for qualification of bidders as indicated in
the Terms of Reference (TOR) and the AACCSA Instruction to bidders.
2. The
Terms of Reference (ToR) and Instruction to Bidders (IB) can be
obtained from the Administration Office of AACCSA, Mexico Square,
Chamber Building, 1st floor, Room No. 10, during normal
working hours of Monday through Friday against payment of
non-returnable Birr 30 (Thirty).
3. Bid
document shall be delivered by hand to the following address on or
before August 17, 2006, 5:00 P.M.

4. Bids
shall be accompanied with a bid bond to the amount of Birr 2,000
(Two Thousand only) in the form specified in the IB.
5. Envelopes
with bid documents shall be clearly marked as “Mapping of
Potential Donors for Support to Private sector Development in
Ethiopia” as specified in the AACCSA Instruction to Bidders.
6. Technical
Proposal of bidders will be opened on August 18, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.
in the Board Room of the Chamber in the presence of bidders or their
representatives, who choose to attend.
7. AACCSA
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
