Akaki Metal Products Factory invites all interested and eligible
bidders to bid for the supply of:
CHROMIC ACID……….3 METRIC TONS
Bid documents can be obtained from the factory during office hours
against a non-refundable payment of Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr) from
the date of the issuance of this bid on The Ethiopian Herald.
I. All
bids must be accompanied by a bid bonds amounting USD 360:-
before or on the closing date in the form of bank guarantee counter
guaranteed by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, which is unconditional
irrevocable & payable upon buyer’s first written demand, CPO or cash
only. (Insurance Bond is not acceptable).
II. Bidders
should submit their offers in wax-sealed envelopes to the factory
before or on August 17, 2006, 10:00 A.M. local time.
III. Bid
will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
represeatnvies on August 17, 2006, 10:30 A.M. local time.
IV. The
Factory reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all bids.
