Organization for Social Services for AIDS (OSSA) is humanitarian
indigenous NGO established with the aim of fighting HIV/AIDS and
providing care and support to the people infected and affected by
AIDS.
The currency trend indicates the HIV infection rate is increasing
amount risk group such as youth, CSW, Militaries, factory workers,
street children and others hard to reach population with no access
to VCT services. Thus, OSSA Addis Ababa Branch office would like to
start Home Based VCT Services in Addis Ababa to enable those who are
not accessible to VCT services at home level.
OSSA Addis Ababa has a plan to conduct a base line survey in
selected area of Addis Ababa City. Therefore, we would like to
invite eligible registered and certified consult firm interested in
providing the services

Bid document can be obtained from the branch office opposite to
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development next to Kasanches
Health Center during working hours. The closing date will be on
August 22, 2006 at 5:00 P.M. The Bid opening date shall be August
25, 2006 at 4:00 P.M. The branch office reserves the right to cancel
the bid fully or partially.
