Finchaa Sugar Factory invites interested and potential bidders to
submit duly signed and sealed bids in two separately envelopes i.e.
Technical & Financial offers:
Lot I: Realization of Management
Information System (Software Development & Implementation) and
Lot II: The Supply of Hardwares and Network Installation
Therefore, interested bidders can obtain further information from

A
complete set of Tender document can be obtained upon payment of Birr
100 (Birr One Hundred) for each Lot. Bids must be delivered to the
address cited above and a separately CPO must be furnished as a
bid bond of Birr 50,000 for each lot respectively.
Bidders can submit their offer(s) for one or both lots, but should
purchase the bid document separately. Bidders are also required to
submit separate offer for each lot.
Bid closing date for
Lot I: 15 September 2006 at 02:00 P.M. local time.
For Lot II 15: September 2006 at 02:00 P.M. local time.
Bid opening date for
Lot I: 15 September 2006 at 02:15 P.M.
For Lot II: 15 September 2006 at 03:00 P.M.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized
representatives on the specified date and address here above.
Finchaa Sugar Factory reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all of the bids.
