Coffee Plantation Development Enterprise (CPDE) invites interested
and eligible bidders for the supply of different types of
Agricultural Machineries and Equipment under the following
conditions:
1. The
bid document shall be obtained from Supply Department against
payment of a non-refundable Birr 100 (Hundred Birr) during office
hours.
2. Bid
must be accompanied by a bid bond of not less than 2% of the total
price in the form of Bank Guarantee or C.P.O. or Cash.
3. Bids
should be prepared in two separate envelopes (Technical & Financial
proposal).
4. Bid
Bond should be submitted within the Technical proposal envelope.
5. Bidders
can offer for partial or all items.
6. All
bid documents must be submitted in the tender box on or before
January 4, 2007 at 9:30 A.M. local time.
7. Bid
will be Closed & Opened for the Technical proposal on January 4,
2007 at 10:00 A.M. local time in the presence of bidder or their
representatives.
8. Late
arrival of bid documents will not be accepted.
9. Coffee
Plantation Development Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
