The Tigray Education Bureau invites all interested eligible bidders
to supply education materials such as duplicator machine, computer,
printer, backup, pedagogical center materials to different schools.
Therefore:
1. Bidders
are required to present trade license valid for 1998 E.C. and VAT
Registration certificate.
2. Bidders
can collect complete bid document for Tigray Education Bureau
starting from the date of advertisement by newspaper against payment
of non-refundable fee of Birr 200 (Twenty Birr) from Room No. Two.
3. Bids
must be accompanied with bid bond Birr 3,000 (Three Thousand Birr)
in the form of CPO.
4. Bids
should be submitted in a wax-sealed envelope to the bid box located
in front of Room number one in Tigray Education Bureau Mekelle,
before 31st day from the date of advertisement.
5. Bids
will be opened on the 31st day from the date of
advertisement at 2:00 P.M. in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives in Room No. 39 in (Tigray Education Bureau, Mekelle)
6. Tigray
Education Bureau reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
the bids.
