Tigray Rural Roads Authority invites wax-sealed bid from eligible
bidders for the design of two new rural road projects:
1. Alamata-Merewa
41.3 km
2. Enticho-Edagarbi
22.5 km
The bidders should, fulfill the following requirements:
1. Road
& Bridge consultant grade IV and above.
2. VAT
registered
3. Have
current paid up grade license
4. Have
the recent VAT clearance form
5. Bidders
should submit technical and financial proposals in separate
envelopes.
6. The
bid bond should be Birr 4000 (Four Thousand) for Alamata-Merewa and
Birr 2500 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred) for Enticho-Edagarbi road
projects in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee.
7. Bidders
should purchase a bid document by paying 100 from head office
Mekelle Room No. 13.
8. The
deadline for the submission of proposals is December 28, 2006 at
9:00 A.M. and the technical proposal will be open on the same date
at 10:00 A.M. in the presence of interested bidders or their legal
representatives.
9. The
employer reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
