Description

United Nations Development Programme UNDP Ethiopia, would like to sale the following used vehicles on competitive bidding and on AS-IS basis. Interested bidders are therefore invited to submit their bids according to the following bid instructions.

a)      Prospective bidders can inspect the vehicles Monday-Friday from 2:30 P.M. up to 4:30 P.M. at the ECA compound from 03, December 2006 to 6 December 2006. Bids documents can be collected from Old ECA building 6^th floor, Room No. 623 after payment of non-refundable Birr 100.

b)     The last day of submission of bids is 6^th December 2006. Bids documents need to be submitted with bid bond of Birr 1000 in cash witch will later be returned for unsuccessful bidders.

c)     Bid winners are responsible to settle any government duties as may be applicable.

e)     UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
