The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received a Credit
from the International Development Association toward the cost of
the Emergency Demobilization and Reintegration Project, and intends
to apply part of the proceeds for consultant services. The services
include National Disability Survey (Nation wide survey to reveal the
socio economic situations of person with disabilities across the
country to identify the magnitude and extent of the problem and
design appropriate strategy to mitigate the wide spread challenges
manifested in PWDs by empowering them to become self-reliant
citizens and included in society).
The MoLSA, Demobilization and Reintegration Project Coordination
Unit now invites eligible consultants to indicate their
interest in providing the services, Interested consultants must
provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform
the services (brochures, description of similar assignments,
experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills
amount staff, etc.) Consultants may associate to enhance their
consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set
out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of
Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (Current edition).
