The Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office (AAHDPO) invites
all eligible bidders in the category GC/BC 5 and above
registered with renewed license valid for the year 1999 EC and have
registration of Ministry of Works and Urban development, for the
construction of AGRO STONE FACTORY Expansion project LOT-1 and
LOT-2.
Bidders can obtain bid documents as of December 30, 2006 up on
payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr) and submission
of a written application for each lot separately to the office
indicated here in below at office hours.

Bids must be accompany by a bid bond of not less than 1% of the
total bid price but not greater than Birr 100,000 in the form of
C.P.O.
Bid bond should be in separate envelope and be submitted together
with the origin bid document.
Bid shall be submitted in two separate envelopes each having one
original and one copy.
Bid documents should be submitted to the above office on or before
January 20, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. local time.
Bids will be opened on January 22, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. in
presence of the bidders or their representatives at AAHDPO Head
Office.
The Addis Ababa Housing Development Project Office reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all bids.
Bidders can bid in both lots, but the successful contractor will be
awarded only one lot.
