Description

To all contractors of category GC/GC class 7 and above with license valid for the year 1999 E.C.

1.      Arsi Zone Health Dep’t invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the following Nucleus Heath Center in different location within the Zone.

2.      A complete set of bidding document may be purchase on submission of written application against payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 100 from the above-mentioned office Engineering section during the working hours & days.

3.      All bids must be accompany a bid bond of 1% in the form of CPO (cashier’s payment order).

4.      All eligibility certificates from the Federal Ministry of Infrastructure or Oromia Works and Urban Dev’t Bureau, renewed license for the year, VAT registration certificate and clearance given by Oromia Economic and Finance Bureau deliver during registration original with their copies.

5.      Bid shall be submit in one original and two copies with each separate wax-sealed envelope.

6.      Bid bond should be in separate envelope with company profile and submitted in the tender box.

7.      All bids must be deposit in the tender box prepared at Zone Health Department for this purpose at or before 12:00 A.M. local time on December 29, 2006.

8.      Construction works should be complete within a maximum of 200 colander days including mobilization time.

9.      Bids will be opened in the same day in the presence of bidders and or their official representatives who wish to attend on December 29, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. local time at Zone Administration.

10.  The Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.

Failure to comply any of the condition written above will result in automatic rejection.
