Plan Ethiopia, an International child centered development
organization, would like to invite interested and qualified
organizations to submit their offer for School Laboratory Equipment
and Supplies.
Bids must be accompanied with the following documents; potential
bidders must state their acceptance of selection criteria below:
Renewed license for the year 1999 E.C.
Competitive offer with validity not less than 30 days
Offer that clearly state the delivery time
Offer that clearly state condition & term of payment
Bid envelope must clearly indicate “Offer for School Laboratory
Equipment and Supplies”.
4% of the total price as bid security in the form of CPO.
Interested bidders may obtain the bidding document against payment
of non-refundable amount of Birr 30 (Thirty Only) starting the day
from the announcement during office hours from our office located at
the address below. Our office hour is 8:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. in the
morning & 1:30 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. in the afternoon.
Please be informed that deadline for submission of offer is ten
working days after this announcement.
