1. The
Water Well Drilling Enterprise (WWDE) invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for the supply of 60 Tons of BENTONITE Powder.
2. A
complete set of bidding document can be obtained from the Enterprise
during office hours against a non-refundable payment of Birr 50
(Fifty) from the date of issuance of this notice.
3. Two
separate wax-sealed envelopes shall be placed in the box marked as
“Technical” and “Financial” proposals each having one original and
one copy.
4. Bids
must be accompanied by a bid security not less than 2% of the total
bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee, cheque or Cashier Payment
Order (C.P.O.) Bid Bond in any other form shall not be acceptable.
5. The
bid must be submitted to the Enterprise before 4:00 P.M. local time
after 45 (Forty Five) calendar days of the first announcement.
6. Bids
shall be opened on the next working day at 10:00 A.M. at the
presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to
attend.
7. The
Water Well Drilling Enterprise reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
