Ethiopian Telecommunications Corporation South West Addis Ababa Zone
Office invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement
of office equipments: Computers, Printers, Photocopy machine,
Coin counter machine, Note counter machine, Printronix Printers.
1. The
tender remains floating from December 13, 2006 to January 1, 2007.
Interested and qualified bidders may obtain the bidding documents
from South West Addis Ababa Zone Telecommunications office during
office hours at Room No. 10 upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Birr 50 (Fifty Birr only) starting from December 13, 2006.
2. Bidders
should bring original and one copy of their renewed license and VAT
Registration Certificate upon purchasing the bid document.
3.
Bidders shall furnish part of their bid, a bid bond amount of
Birr 5,000 (Five Thousand Birr). The bid bond must be in either of
the following forms:
i)
Cash or
ii)
Certified cheque (CPO) issued by a recognized bank or
iii)
Bond issued by recognized bank.
4. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to South West Addis Ababa Zone Telecommunication Office
finance office before bid opening date and show the receipt/deposit
slop during the bid opening date.
5. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope and deposit in the
box provided at South West Addis Ababa Zone Telecommunication
Office, Legal Section, Room No. 5 on January 1, 2007 until 5:30 P.M.
and bids will be opened in the presence of interested bidders or
their representatives at South West Addis Ababa Zone
Telecommunication office Room No. 10 on January 2, 2007 at 10:00
A.M.

The offer reserves the right to reject all or part of the
bids.
