The Municipal Services Office of Jimma City Administration invites
all registered consultants of category five and above with license
valid for the year 1999 E.C. and VAT registered.
1. The
eligible bidders shall submit sealed bid for providing the necessary
consultancy for Detailed Design, Tender Document preparation and
Construction Supervision of Municipal Office Building and Hirmata
Bridge Project.
2. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information and acquire the
bidding documents from:

3. A
complete set of bidding documents may be purchased against payment
of a non-refundable fee of Birr 200 at the above office.
4. The
bid must be accompanied by a bid security (CPO or Bank Guarantee) in
an amount not less than 1% of their bid amount.
5. Bid
must be delivered to the above address on or before 21 (Twenty One)
working days up to 3:00 P.M. starting from the first announcement.
6. Tenders
will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of
bidders/representatives who choose to attend in Jimma Municipal
Office of the Manger at 3:00 P.M.
7. The
Offer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
