National Tobacco Enterprise (Eth.). S.Co. invites eligible and
competent bidders for preventive maintenance service of Computer and
Accessories of two years contract under the following terms and
conditions:-
1. Bidders
should produce renewed license for the year 1999 E.C. registration
certificate from Federal Ministry of Finance and Economic
Development and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bidders
should collect the bid document from company’s local purchase
division upon non-refundable payment of Birr 20 (Twenty) during
office hours.
3. Bids
should be accompanied with a bid bond amounting 1% of the bid price
in the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee valid for 90 days.
4. The
technical and financial proposals should be submitted in two
separately sealed envelopes marked “Technical Proposal” and
“Financial Proposal” respectively. All documents should be signed
and sealed.
5. Bids
should be submitted to the company’s archive office not late than
January 9, 2007, 2:30 P.M. (local time).
6. The
technical proposal should be opened on the same date at 2:45 P.M.
(local time) and the financial proposals should be opened after the
result of the technical proposal will be known.
