National Tobacco Enterprise (Ethiopia) S. Co. invites eligible and
competent bidders for the supply of:
1 Pc of Graphic Work Station
30 pcs of Personal Computers
2 pcs of Laser Jet printers
33 pcs of Bank Up UPS
2 pcs Hub Switch 3 Com.
2 pcs of Patch Panel
1 pc of Rock Box
1.
Bidders should produce original and copy of renewed trade
license for the year 1999, registration certificate Federal Ministry
of Finance, and VAT registration certificate.
2.
Bidders should collect tender document from company’s local
purchase division upon payment of non-refundable payment of Birr 20
(Twenty) during office hours.
3.
Bids shall be accompanied with a bid bond amounting to 1% of
the bid price in the form of C.P.O. or Bank guarantee valid for 90
days.
4.
The technical and financial proposals (Original & Copies)
should be submitted in two separately sealed envelopes marked
“Technical proposal” and “Financial Proposal” respectively. All
documents should be signed and sealed.
5.
Bids should be submitted to the company’s archive office not
later than January 4, 2007, 2:30 P.M. (local time).
6.
The technical proposals should be opened on the same date at
2:45 P.M. and the financial proposals will be opened after the
result of the technical proposal is known.
NTE reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids.
