The Ethiopian Chipwood & Furniture Company S. C. (ECAFCO S. C.)
invites all interested and eligible bidders to participate in the
bid for the supply of TIMBER WOOD PRESERVATIVE CHEMICAL.
Bidders must submit a currently renewed trade license along with
photocopy of the receipt for payment of at least 1998 E.C.
government taxes.
1. Interested
bidders can obtain the bid document from ECAFCO S.C. Commercial
Department, upon payment o non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (fifty).
2. The
bidders should furnish as a part of their bid, bid security of 5% on
the total price offered for the Chemical & submitted along with the
bid document.
3. Bidders
should submit their offer in wax-sealed envelope & deposit in the
box provided at the Commercial Department on February 7, 2007 until
2:00 P.M. local time.
4. Bid
will be opened on the same date at 2:30 P.M. Local time in the
presence of bidders or legal representatives at Technical Department
Office.
ECAFCO S.C. reserves the right to
reject the bid.
