Norinco-Lalibela Engineering & Construction Share Company invites all interested eligible bidders to participate for the supply of Electrical for is project 05-09 (Hormat) Accordingly,

1.      Bidders can collect bid document from the share company materials supply and procurement department during working hours against payment of non-refundable Birr 100 (One Hundred Birr).

2.      Bid shall be submitted in wax-sealed envelopes within 25 days starting from the 1^st day of announcement, during working day up to 4:00 P.M. local time.

3.      Bid must be accompanied by 2% of their total offer for the bid security in eh form of insurance guarantee or certified check or Bank guarantee.

4.      The tender will be opened on the 26^th day in the presence of interested bidders or their legal representatives at 10:00 A.M. local time. If the 26^th day is a weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or public holiday the bid will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Local bidders should attach copies of renewed license, Ministry of Finance Supplier registration certificate and VAT registration certificate.

5.      The Share Company reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
