1. Arero
Woreda Pastoral Office has
received a budget from IDA, IFAD and government towards the cost of
construction for high school (9-10)
2. The
Woreda Postal Office
invites elgible bidders for furnishing the necessary labor, materials,
equipment, and services for the construction and completion of high
school that is located in Borena Zone of Oromia Region. The major
components of the work are included in the following table.

3. Interested
contracts may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding
document at Finfinne Office near to Sand-ford School, Tel. 011
122 91 69, Fax 011 122 91 67 or Arero Woreda Pastoral Office.
4. Complete
sets of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders with
a class GC or BC 4 & above upon the presence of 1998 E.C.
renewed relevant license, registration card issue from the Ministry of
Infrastructure and Registration card issued from the Ministry of
Infrastructure and Registration of VAT, together with written
application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
Birr 200 (Two Hundred).
5. Bids
must be delivered to the above office on or before 28th day
at 11:30 A.M. and must be
accompanied by a bid bond of 1% (One percent) of certified payment
order /C.P.O/ bid amount. The bid will stay for the next 28
days from the date of announcement.
6. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend on the 28th day at
2:00 P.M. at Arero Woreda Pastoral
Office.
7. The
Bureau reserves the right to reject part and/or all bids.
