1. The
Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia the Ministry of Health intends
to purchase Office Equipment financed by the fund received from
International Trachoma Initiative.
2.
The Ministry
of Health now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply
and delivered of Office Equipment per the following summary.

Bidders have
option to bid for any one or more of the items enlisted the
specification.
4. Interested
eligible bidders may obtain further information from the office of
secretary of the Tender Committee, Ministry of Health, Pharmaceuticals
Administration and Supply Services (PASS).
5.
A completes
set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders on
submission of a written application and upon payment of a
non-refundable fee of Birr 30 (Thirty Birr).
6.
Bidders are
required to submit with their bid copy of renewed license, clearance
from Inland Revenue Administration and a copy of registration
certificate from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development.
7.
Bids must be
delivered to the Office indicated on number 4 above on or before 2:00
P.M. 07 March 2006 and must be accompanied by a bid security of Birr
3,000 (Birr Three Thousand) in the form of C.P.O. or Bank Guarantee.
Insurance Bond is not acceptable.
8. Bids
will be opened in the presence of bidders/representatives who choose
to attend at 2:30 P.M. on 07
March 2006 at the Conference Hall, Ministry of Health Head Office,
Woreda 3, Kebele 53, Addis Ababa,
Ethiopia.
9.
The Ministry
of reserves the right to reject the bid fully or partially.
