Integrated Livestock Development Project/Gondar invites sealed bids
from eligible bidders for the procurement of Milk Pro-System which
can process 1400 liter of milk on daily basis, with details of the
following specifications are available from the bid document.
1. The
tender remains floating Twenty [20] days from the date of this
announcement. Interested & qualified bidders may obtain the bid
documents from the representative of the product at Austrian Embassy
Development Cooperation office [AEDC] during office hours upon
payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 50 (Fifty Birr).
2. Bidders
should bring original & one copy of their renewed license & VAT
registration certificate upon purchasing the bid document.
3. Bidders
shall furnish as part of their bid, bond amount in Birr 1% of their
bid amount.
4. The
bid bond must be in either of the following form:
a)
Cash
b)
Certified cheque (CPO)
issued by a recognized bank or
c)
Bond issued by
recognized bank
5. Bidders
who wish to submit bid bond in the form of cash are required to
deposit to our office before bid opening date and show the
receipt/deposit slip during the bid opening date.
6. Bidders
should submit their offer in a wax-sealed envelope and deposit in
the box provided at Austrian Embassy Development to the last date
until 5:30 P.M., and bids will be opened in the presence of
interested bidders or their representatives at AEDC office in the
next date at AEDC office in the next date at 10:30 A.M.
7. The
project reserves the right to reject all or part of the bids.
8. Partial
bid is not allowed.
