4. Complete
set of bidding document can be purchased from the above office upon
presentation of 1998 E.C. Renewed Relevant License, Registration Card
issued from Ministry of Finance and Economic Development Registration
Card for VAT, Taxpayer Registration Certificate (Tax Identification
Number/TIN) together with WRITTEN APPLICATION & upon payment of
non-refundable fee of Birr 150 (One Hundred Fifty Ethiopian Birr
only).
5. Bids
accompanied by a bid security of not less than 1% of the total price
must be submitted to the above office in the form of CPO or Bank
Guarantee (insurance bond is not acceptable) issued from recognized
bank on/or before 5th April 2006 at 12:00 A.M.
6. Bids
will be opened at the presence of bidders/representatives on the same
date at 02:00 P.M. at the
Enterprise’s Assembly Hall.
7.
The
Enterprise reserves the right to
reject any or all of bids.
