1. Ethiopian
Civil Services College has funds within the procuring entity’s budget
to be used for the procurement of computers and UPS’s.
2.
Ethiopian Civil Service
College invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the supply and
delivered of computers and UPS.
3. Bidding
will be conducted in public procurement procedures contained in public
procurement proclamation of the Government of the Federal Democratic
Republic of Ethiopia and is open to all bidder from eligible source of
countries.
4.
Interested eligible
bidders may obtain further information from Ethiopian Civil Service
College Procurement and Property Administration Division and inspect
the bidding documents at the address given below at 8:30 A.M. -5:00
P.M. local time form Monday to Friday.
5. A
set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested
bidder at the address below at 2:30 A.M.-5:00 P.M. local time form
Monday to Thursday and upon payment of non-refundable fee of
Ethiopian Birr 50.
6. Bids
must be delivered to the address below at or before
March 3, 2006,
2:30 P.M. local time and all bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of Ethiopian Birr not less than 2% of the total price of the
goods. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the
presence of the bidders/representatives who choose to attend at the
address below on March 3, 2006, 2:30 P.M.
local time.
