Awash Wine Share Company invites all interested eligible bidders to
supply 300,000 pcs of Ambar & Green Bottles.
Interested bidders can collect bid documents from Commercial
Department of the Company during office hrs. against a
non-refundable payment of Birr 60 starting from the first day of
this bid announcement.
All bids must be accompanies with 1% or the bid price in the form of
Bank Guarantee or Insurance Bond valid for six months refundable for
losing bidders.
Technical and Financial documents should be submitted separately.
The winning bidders should deposit performance bond 10% of the
aggregate contract price in the form of Bank Guarantee.
Bid documents should be delivered to the above office in wax-sealed
envelopes with document of the above-indicated items within 30 days
starting from the first day of announcement on The Ethiopian Herald.
Bid will be closed on the 30th day starting from the
first day of announcement at 4:30 P.M.
Bid will be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal
representatives on the 31st day from the first day of the
announcement at 10:00 A.M. in the Conference Hall of the Company.
The Company and the winning bidders will sign a contract of
purchase/Sales detailing the obligations of both contracting
parties.
The Company reserves the right to reject all or part of the bid.
